Bad Freddie is a groove-forward music collective shaped by the studio brilliance of Steely Dan, Toto, and Michael McDonald. Calling themselves “disciples” of that golden era, they channel the spirit of the late 1970s and early 1980s with slick horn lines, soulful keys, and airtight rhythm sections. With a rotating cast of collaborators, they shape a sound that’s rooted in classic craftsmanship but driven by a modern creative edge.
